Safeguarding Solutions Package

Safeguarding at its best is embedded within a culture of vigilance, care and professional curiosity. Our Safeguarding Solutions Package supports schools to take a robust, reflective and supportive review of their safeguarding systems, ensuring they are both compliant and genuinely effective in protecting children and young people.

We combine up-to-date knowledge of statutory safeguarding requirements with extensive experience in inclusion, SEND, social care, alternative provision and contextual safeguarding. This allows us to consider not only whether policies and procedures are in place, but how effectively they are understood, implemented and experienced across the school community.

The package includes

One full day on-site consultancy visit, including:

  • Audit of safeguarding policy and key safeguarding documentation
  • Review of the implementation of safeguarding practice across the school
  • Identification of strengths, effective practice and areas for further development
  • Evaluation of safeguarding culture, systems and processes through a professionally curious lens
  • Consideration of safeguarding in relation to vulnerable groups, including SEND, neurodivergent learners and those at risk of exclusion or disengagement
  • Professional dialogue with leaders to explore consistency, confidence and lived experience of safeguarding practice

You will receive

A bespoke written action plan, which will:

  • Set out clear safeguarding priorities for development and improvement
  • Provide practical, evidence-informed and proportionate recommendations
  • Strengthen consistency between policy, procedure and day-to-day practice
  • Support the development of a strong safeguarding culture across the organisation
  • Offer a clear and actionable roadmap to enhance safeguarding effectiveness and compliance
