Inclusion & SEND Solutions Package

Inclusive practice is most effective when it is embedded across whole-school culture, systems and daily experience. Our Inclusion & SEND Solutions Package supports schools to take a clear, professionally curious and evidence-informed review of their provision, ensuring it is aligned with current expectations for inclusion within the Ofsted Education Inspection Framework and wider statutory SEND requirements.

We combine deep expertise in SEND, inclusion, safeguarding and alternative provision with specialist understanding of trauma, behaviours, neurodiversity and executive functioning. This enables us to move beyond compliance-focused review and instead explore how well provision is actually working for children and young people in practice — particularly those who are neurodivergent or who experience barriers linked to regulation, communication, access to learning and executive function.

The package includes

One full day on-site consultancy, including:

  • Audit of your Inclusion and SEND policies and strategic action planning documentation
  • Review of the implementation and impact of inclusion provision across the school
  • Identification of strengths, effective practice and areas for development
  • Evaluation of provision against current Ofsted expectations for inclusion and SEND
  • Exploration of practice through a trauma and neurodiversity-informed and executive function-aware lens
  • Professional dialogue with leaders to consider consistency, impact and lived experience of provision

You will receive

A bespoke written action plan, which will:

  • Set out clear priorities for development aligned with Ofsted inclusion expectations and statutory SEND requirements
  • Provide practical, evidence-informed and realistic recommendations for improvement
  • Support alignment between intent, implementation and impact across policy and practice
  • Strengthen inclusive approaches for neurodivergent learners and those with executive functioning differences
  • Offer a clear, structured roadmap for sustainable whole-school improvement

Optional additional follow-up support

A half-day on-site visit (10–12 weeks later) to:

  • Review progress against agreed actions
  • Explore impact and implementation in practice
  • Refine and adapt approaches where needed
  • Provide further guidance to sustain momentum and deepen impact
